Payment Policy

• Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Debit & Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard.

  • Bank Transfers: BOV transfer or Revolut.

  • Gift Vouchers: Valid for 6 months from the date of issue (if lost, they cannot be replaced or redeemed).

• Payment Terms:

  • No Cash on Delivery: All orders must be paid in advance.

  • In-store Payments: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, BOV transfer, and Revolut are accepted.

  • Online Payments: Orders can be paid using Visa, Mastercard, BOV transfer, or Revolut.

• Order Processing:

  • All online orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Purchase receipts are provided; invoices are not issued.

Shipping Policy

• Service Area:

  • Shipping is available within Malta and Gozo only.

• Shipping Rates:

  • Orders above €60 qualify for free delivery within Malta.

  • Orders below €60 incur a €5 shipping fee within Malta.

  • All deliveries to Gozo have a flat €5 shipping fee, regardless of order value.

• Delivery:

  • Orders are delivered within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Customers receive an order number upon purchase and can contact us for status inquiries.

• Delivery Issues:

  • In case of delivery issues (e.g., failed attempts, incorrect address), please contact us for prompt resolution.
