Return & Refund Policy
At Belle’s Shoes & Accessories, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

  • Items can be returned within 15 days of receiving the product; no exceptions beyond this period.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging).

  • Returns are accepted in-store only; courier returns are not accepted.

  • The original receipt or purchase invoice is required for processing a return.

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discount can only be returned for the amount paid, not the original full price.

  • Non-returnable Items: Earrings, socks, underwear, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately via our digital channels (Facebook or Instagram) and provide clear photos of the item. We will resolve the issue by offering either:

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability), or

  • An alternative product from the store, or

  • A credit note valid for 3 months.

Refunds & Credit Notes

  • We do not issue cash refunds.

  • Upon returning an item, you may choose to:

    • Exchange it for another product of the same value,

    • Upgrade to a product of higher value by paying the price difference, or

    • Exchange for a product of lower value, with the remaining amount issued as a credit note.

  • Credit notes are provided in physical form and are the sole responsibility of the customer (they cannot be reissued or replaced if lost).

  • Credit notes are valid for 3 months, can be used in either store, and are non-transferable (must be used by the original purchaser).

Warranty for Michael Kors Bags

  • Michael Kors bags come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • If you believe your Michael Kors bag has a manufacturing defect, please visit one of our stores with the original receipt for evaluation.

  • If a defect is confirmed, we will assist in the warranty process according to the brand’s guidelines.
